Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping generally takes between 4-7 days, plus 1-3 days for processing. Specialty seed orders may take slightly longer to process. Please note that we do not have staff on-site Sunday or Monday. Orders placed on those days will be reviewed on Tuesday.

We accept returns within ten days of receipt of your items for clean, undamaged clothing, books and other merchandise, minus shipping and handling fees. We do not accept refunds on seed purchases. Please contact us directly for refunds or exchanges: (818) 768-1802, ext. 15 within ten days of receipt of your order.
When your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your plants are ready for pickup. This will typically be within 72 hours during our workweek (Tuesday-Saturday).
Fall-winter in-store pickup hours are Tuesday-Saturday 8:30AM-4PM. At this time, we are not able to change or add items to the order you’re picking up.
Returns or refunds
If any plant on your order is unavailable you will be automatically refunded. During in-person pickup if you are unsatisfied with any part or all of your order, we can refund you. Once your items have left the nursery we do not offer returns or refunds.
