1. PURCHASE PLANTS ONLINE
Place your order online and select in-store pickup at checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order and payment. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO TPF TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A SECOND EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER IS READY.
2. RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirmation. Typically, our team will be able to fulfill your order within 72 hours. However, this is subject to change. Again, please do not come to TPF until you receive the second email confirming your order is ready to be picked up.
3. IN-STORE PICKUP
Once you receive a second email that confirms your order is ready, it will be available for pickup between the hours of 9AM-3PM Thursday-Saturday. Please bring a copy of your receipt printed or on your mobile device.
PLANT ORDERS: When you arrive, park and follow the signs to the nursery check-in area. Our staff will be there to greet you. If your order includes seeds or merchandise, after you pick up your plants, our staff will direct you to the front porch of the building to pick up remaining items. Please verify that you have all items in your order prior to leaving TPF.
SEED & MERCHANDISE ORDERS: When you arrive, park and walk up to the front porch of the building. Our staff will have the order ready for you. Please verify that you have all items in your order prior to leaving TPF.
- All customers and our staff are required to wear a face covering and must maintain social distancing in the parking area and sales yard.
- Orders must be picked up within two weeks of receiving email confirmation that your order is ready. Any order which has not been picked up within this two-week time frame will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
- We DO NOT ship or deliver plants.
If any plant on your order is unavailable you will be automatically refunded. Refunds are also possible in the event that you are unsatisfied with any part or all of your order during in-person pickup. Once your items have left the nursery we do not offer returns or refunds.
