Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping and Handling:

We use the US Postal Service for shipping.  Shipping within the United States is sent "First Class Mail" or "Priority Mail".  Shipping outside the United States is sent "Overseas Priority Mail".  A $3.50 handling fee is charged on every order which is shipped. Items that do not require shipping such as donations, memberships and eTickets are exempt from the handling fee.

Processing of orders:

Orders are processed during our regular "brick and mortar" store hours. Turn around is generally 1-2 weeks.

Proof of Purchase:

Your email receipt is your proof of purchase. For Garden Tour Tickets (when using the PDF program), the email receipt is your proof of purchase and may be required to be shown when entering gardens.

Returns/Refunds:

All sales are final.

Seed Warranty:

We warrant that seed is of the variety described. There is no other warranty expressed or implied. We cannot guarantee successful growth after planting. Please let us know if you are disappointed, we may have some suggestions. Our staff is available to discuss your planting conditions with you, before and after you sow
