Having a problem completing your order? Some solutions are listed below:

If you experience an error page while completing your order or setting up an account, it may be due to having cookies disabled in your browser settings. Unless you have customized your privacy settings, your Web browser will already have cookies enabled. Miva Merchant, our shopping cart software, maintains a client's session ID using a cookie that is stored on your computer. This cookie links you to your shopping cart. Each time a Web page is loaded, Miva Merchant reads this cookie and keeps your shopping cart current. This is our only use of cookies on our site. No personal or shopping item information are stored in this cookie.

If you have cookies disabled in your browser, Miva Merchant will try to read the session ID from an expected cookie file. Since Miva Merchant won't be able to read the cookie, it simply creates a new session ID, and assigns a new, empty basket. This will be a problem, as you will continually find an empty basket. If you need to enable cookies for ordering on our site, information for various browsers is below. Please note it's also a good idea to reboot after enabling cookies, before returning to our site.
